1. Where do you ship from?
All Smileinks products are produced and shipped by Printify’s network of fulfillment partners.
Depending on the item, your order may ship from the United States, Canada, Europe, or the region closest to your delivery address.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
- USA: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- International: 7–20+ business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the print provider and shipping carrier.
3. How long does production take?
Each item is printed on demand and typically takes 2–7 business days to produce.
During peak seasons (November–December), production times may be longer.
4. Why did I receive multiple packages?
Because different products may be fulfilled by different print providers, items in your order may ship separately.
Each package will have its own tracking number when available.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days after production, please contact us at
sales@smileinks.com.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for sizing issues, color preferences, or change of mind.
We only offer replacements for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos at
sales@smileinks.com.
7. What if the product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement according to Printify’s fulfillment policies.
8. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
