REFUND POLICY
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any manufacturing defect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smileinks.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- A photo of the packaging (if possible)
- Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a refund, depending on Printify’s fulfillment policy for the specific provider.
2. Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product, or something is missing from your order:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos and your order number
- We will process a replacement at no additional cost
3. No Returns for Print-on-Demand Items
Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size chosen by the customer
- Color differences due to screen variations
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Disliking the material, feel, or fit
- Items that were damaged due to improper handling after delivery
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once the item has entered the production stage, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

5. Lost or Undeliverable Packages
We are not responsible for orders lost due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer
- Refused deliveries
- Unclaimed packages
- If the carrier confirms a package is lost and the address was entered correctly, we will assist in filing a claim and replace the order whenever possible.
6. Returns Without Authorization
Any items returned to us or to the print provider without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
