Smileinks (“we”, “our”, “the store”) sells products designed by us and produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners through Printify. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Production & Shipping

All products are made to order.
Production and shipping are handled entirely by Printify and its network of print providers.

Production times may vary depending on the selected provider.

Shipping estimates are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

We do not have direct control over manufacturing or shipping timelines.

3. Product Variations

Due to the print-on-demand process:

Minor color differences may occur between the digital mockups and the final printed product.

Slight variations in materials, size, or finish may occur depending on the provider assigned by Printify.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made when ordered:

We do not accept returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect selections made by the customer.

Refunds or replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged or defective.

You must submit clear photo evidence of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once verified, Printify will process a replacement or refund according to their internal policies.

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once Printify has started the manufacturing process, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
