SHIPPING & Fulfillment
1. Production & Fulfillment
- All Smileinks products are made-to-order and produced by third-party fulfillment partners through Printify.
- Production time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the print provider and product type.
- During peak seasons (November–December), production times may increase.
- We do not control the production schedule of Printify partners.
- Once your order has been produced, it is shipped directly from the print provider’s facility.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the provider assigned to your order. The following are general estimates:
United States
Standard shipping: 3–8 business days
Canada
Standard shipping: 5–12 business days
Europe
Standard shipping: 5–15 business days
International
Standard shipping: 7–20+ business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type
- Print provider location
- Customer shipping address
- Each item may ship separately depending on the assigned provider.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number (when available).
Some international providers may offer limited tracking.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are:
- Lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Returned to sender
- Unclaimed by the customer
- If the order is returned due to carrier issues and NOT customer error, we will assist in processing a re-shipment.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, VAT, import duties, or additional taxes may be required upon delivery.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost:
- Check the tracking status
- Contact the carrier for more details
- If no resolution is found, contact us at sales@smileinks.com
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost and your address was entered correctly, we will assist in issuing a replacement through Printify.
8. Multiple Shipments
- Since different products may be produced by different print providers, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
- Each package will have its own tracking number when available.
